How long are sessions?
Sessions are usually 55 minutes, however, I offer shorter sessions for younger clients to maximize progress in therapy.
How much are counseling sessions?
My private pay rate is $130 per hour, but I also accept most BCBS insurance policies.
What should I expect during the first session?
During the initial session, I will collect background information and we will get to know one another. It will consist of more questions than future therapy sessions so we can create the best path forward to allow you to reach your personal goals.
Where are you located?
My office is located at 7027 Old Madison Pike Suite 108, Huntsville, AL 35806. When you arrive for your first visit, you will notify me by phone that you have arrived and then wait in the designated waiting area.
